Ryan Abraham grew up in Oregon and Northern California, but soon after graduating from the University of Oregon he was ready for a major change. He decided to leave all that was familiar and move to New York in an attempt to immerse himself in city life.
Upon arriving in New York City, Ryan originally settled in the West Village of Manhattan. He enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city but after a couple of years, having recently married, he was looking for a more family friendly environment.
He decided to explore the possibility of moving to Brooklyn. He initially settled in Carroll Gardens where he found not only more space for less rent, but a burgeoning community full of innovative restaurants, quaint cafes, and charming boutiques.
When his lease was up, he decided to buy and thankfully came across a real estate agency that was different than the others. He found an agency in Warren Lewis that focused on customer service. They quickly helped him locate potential properties in Park Slope that fit his needs. Finally, he settled on a place and was so pleased with his experience, he wanted to do the same for other home buyers and sellers.
Having lived previously in Carroll Gardens and currently in Park Slope, Ryan has extensive knowledge of Brooklyn area neighborhoods. His personable and professional manner in dealing with clients allows Ryan to build and maintain solid relationships. His ability to listen and understand his client’s needs has allowed him to continuously achieve his clients’ goals and fulfill their expectations. Ryan has taken the Warren Lewis customer service approach to new heights by going above and beyond in his attempt to make the property buying and selling experience a memorable one!
