Brooklyn Neighborhood Boundaries and Nicknames Come Under Scrutiny

Politicians have taken an interest in exactly how real estate firms label and define various Brooklyn neighborhoods, accusing some firms of engaging in "fraudulent practices" to better market certain listings. Aroza Sanjana, president of Warren Lewis Realty, makes it clear that her firm will not be affected by the issue. "We're purists here," she said.
