WLR Rental Procedures

Rental Procedures

The following is a list of requirements that are necessary in order to facilitate the rental process:

1. Complete and sign the rental application form.
2. Warren Lewis security deposit - $250.00 in Cash only, to be applied to Broker’s fee.
3. Credit Check: $25 per person in Cash only.
4. Income Verification Letter- On letterhead from current employer(s) stating current salary, position, and length of employment.
5. Landlord Verification Letter- States that rent is paid in full, on time and includes a favorable recommendation.
6. 3 months of most recent Bank statements for checking and savings accounts.
7. Previous year’s tax returns.
8. Personal and/or Professional reference.
9. Interview with prospective Landlord: Once all application materials are submitted and reviewed by landlord, a meeting with all parties concerned will be scheduled.


The Warren Lewis Realty commission fee is due upon signing of the leases. All payments must be by Certified Checks (no personal checks) to Warren Lewis Realty, LLC. All checks made to Landlord for first month’s rent and security must also be Certified Checks. All transactions at lease signing are final. Please plan your time to allow a trip to the bank.
